This query returns the change in weighted-average-cost realized state from immediately before the inclusive start through the inclusive end. It is not a historical snapshot of the all-time leaderboard. A position held through resolution can contribute to current all-time P&L without changing realized state inside a time window. include_unrealized=true adds current unrealized P&L; it does not reconstruct historical unrealized P&L.
